Characteristics
1.對(duì)車輛的尺寸及位置采用雷達(dá) 3D 掃描，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)測(cè)量，并對(duì)位置偏差進(jìn)行報(bào)警。
2.對(duì)于超長(zhǎng)汽車采用分段碼垛技術(shù)，自動(dòng)計(jì)算和控制每次碼垛數(shù)量。
3.系統(tǒng)自帶收塵器，使裝車現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)人、無(wú)塵裝車，有效的達(dá)到環(huán)保要求。
4.設(shè)置好裝車參數(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)一鍵啟動(dòng)全自動(dòng)裝車，裝車完成機(jī)構(gòu)自動(dòng)回到初始位置。
5.系統(tǒng)自帶計(jì)數(shù)裝置，便于水泥廠對(duì)袋數(shù)的管理及監(jiān)管。
6.系統(tǒng)安裝有壓包整形裝置，將水泥包整形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)致的形狀，可以處理異包狀況，從而有效預(yù)防卡包狀況。

7.The driving device of the system is driven by absolute value servo motor acceleration and deceleration. It has precise front and rear operating position control, sensitive brake, and the whole drive device is durable.
8. When a fault occurs during the loading process, the system can automatically stop, and then check the fault cause through the touch screen. After troubleshooting, the system can continue to load.
9.The system can display various status, fault and counting information through the touch screen.
